I've been having the problem were a file says it downloaded completely, but the files are not usable.

alldebrid.com Premium is the service I use, sent contact e-contact form:

I use JDownloader most of the time. I've been having troubles as of late. The links show as good, download to complete, but the finished files was unusable.

please post the URL to the original file hosted on rapidgator.net here.
Please also keep in mind that one click hosts like rapidgator.net are often fighting multihosters like alldebrid so delivering broken files may be one of their new tactics.

Your video file indeed seems to be broken but without the ability to compare it to the original rapidgator.net link/file I'm unable to tell who is at fault.

I've just downloaded it via my aldlebrid.com test-account and got a working file that has the correct MD5 hash...

Did you maybe stop/restart the download inbetween or download with multiple chunks?
I've also informed alldebrid about this, maybe they got an idea.

Thank you for your time. Maybe multiple Rapidgator files from different sources cause a problem, who can say

You can easily verify this on your own by comparing the MD5 hashes with the original ones and also e.g. by manually re-downloading the affected files from alldebrid via browser:
Then check if they're different- or the same files than the ones you got via JD.

Either way you should keep collecting information about this as from what I've read, alldebrid is also highly interested to fix this if it is an issue on their side.

@pattyk: also always good to check own machine! for example test your memory with memtest86

I'll try (memtest86), I don't think it's a memory issue. More likely rapidgator squeezing multi-hoster

As said I'm unable to reproduce it.
You will probably need to work with alldebrid to find this issue.
Last time I asked them they wanted the download timestamp and the direct-URL which was used for downloading in JD.

You can find this information in your logs so you will either have to provide them to us or send them to the alldebrid support staff.
You can find your logs in your JD install directory.
Only we can open "jdlog" URLs so in case you want to send logs to the alldebrid.com support you will need to .zip your logs folder and send that to them.
