Question An error occurred! chauthanh.info - it fails to automatically reconnect

Hello,

this happens like daily that all queued downloads from chauthanh.info gets this status:
An error occurred! chauthanh.info

and it seems as if it is permanent status (i see no countdown) requiring user to select all these items, right mouse click for the menu, Other, Resume.

How to fix this so JD resumes these ASAP automatically. I think that it should happen by default. Thank You.

@wdc: The site has no native JDownloader plugin support and you're adding direct download URLs from website (they are picked up by generic http plugin). Those do expire after some time, when urls/token is expired, the server responds with error
Quote:
"message": "Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential.
which causes the generic http plugin to fail as it cannot handle this situation.

Two possible solutions:
1.) you can manually refresh/set new link via rightclick context menu->change url
2.) provide username/password and we can look into plugin support that is able to auto refresh expired links (send to support@)

I've just re-investigated this one:
The link which the user has provided in post #3 are still valid so it looks like they do not expire.
Also I can download them without any authentication.

@wdc
Please let us know if you are still experiencing the problems you initially reported in this thread.
EDIT

Closed after user said he doesn't use that website anymore.
