Default Eset Nod32 warns JD pontentially unwanted application

I wanted to install the latest version of JDownloader but my anti-virus didn't allow me to install this and made several warnings:

Also I encountered a severe problem while downloading with a previous version,
the download that was active didn't complete and there was a message saying that there were no rights to write to the hard-disk.
Now I am the only user on my PC and there aren't any other profiles, also all other downloads previous to the one giving that message didn't have any problems at all so why all at once does it give me restrictions?????

Has anybody encountered similar problems?
Please help.
I want to install this program again but can't because of my virus scanner.

RI.

How about deactivating your scanner for a moment?

Thanks for your reply.

I wouldn't like to but if that is the only way to get the program installed again.......

Strange thing however is the fact that I never encountered any similar problems before, though I have had several different versions of JD installed over the past year.

Also I still didn't understand why all at once the program was giving me restrictions on writing rights.
Is it a bug?

JD only update plugins.
Restrictions on writing rights is not given by JD but by the OS.
Don't install JD inside Program Files.

I was having the same problem with NOD32 finding trojans in both the Web Installer and the offline installer. Since I was not very comfortable with turning off my anti-virus protection to install suspect software, the way I solved the problem was by using an older version of the jdownloader installer that I found in my backups. It installed jdownloader version .0.8.something and then jdownloader updated itself to the current version without incident. If you don't happen to have a copy of an old installer laying around, just search the Net for one. You should be able to find one from a reliable source.
