Default Force browser to be opened on second monitor?

This was never an issue before, but i recently did a clean reinstall of windows and have been annoyed by this ever since and cant seem to get anything to work.

I have two monitors, i use chrome for JD2 and nothing else. I use a different primary browser. Before my reinstall, JD2 would open a chrome window in incogneto full screen on my second monitor. Where i would see it, but it wouldnt interrupt me.

Now no matter what i do, it opens a half screen window on my main monitor behind everything. Where i either dont see it and it times out, or worse, if i have something full screen, it boots me out of fullscreen even though it doesnt pull focus.

Ive played around with getting chrome to open on monitor 2 and opening it from the start menu, regular or incognito, opens it where i want it to. But no matter what, JD2 still opens its captcha windows on my main screen. No combination of moving, resizing, reducing, closing, reopening gets captcha windows to open anywhere else.

Have you already setup JD to open chrome in incognito mode instead of your primary browser?
There seems to be a window position parameter, check

I have, i was hoping it would be something simple like that, but was having trouble getting relevant search results.

Code:
[ "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe", "-app=%s", "--incognito" ]
Becomes

Code:
[ "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe", "-app=%s", "--incognito", "--window-position=1930,160", "--start-maximized" ]
Seems to be one or the other, position or maximized, but ill take it!
