Man muss dann entsprechend mühseelig alle deaktivierten rausfischen.

Also nichts mit backup zurückspielen.

Unhappy An error has occurred during startup: - SEVERE-

CaptchaSound aktivieren haken rein/raus

macht weiter so..

??
You can select the toolbar during the installation and also remove it afterwards or did I misunderstand you here?

Default Functions i miss from old jdownloader

also as much as i love the new jdownloader 2 program, in my opinion the right mouse click drop menu functions were better in the old jdownloader.
the new menu is a bit confusing and although iv been using the beta since its release i still forget where some functions are (open in browser, delete downloaded files, priority, resume, etc.).
is it going to change or is there a way to change the drop down menus in the software ?

Kind Regards.

hello, with the recent update I see that have changed the list of accounts to add ... not if it's me or the list is somewhat slow, seems frozen at times, I have blocked access to certain servers, is this the reason why is this happening?

Not sure if this is a JDownloader 2 issue or not but the refresh button on the captcha window is to large I have to increase the height of the window just so I can see the entire captcha most of the time. So either put the refresh at the bottom of the window below the fild you type the captcha in or increase the size of the window so that the refresh button doesn't cover the captcha itself.

The feature that jd1 has and jd2 DOESN'T HAS is the change download list by size, name, host e.t.c at ALL PACKETS and not to one by one.
So this feature/plugin was MUCH BETTER at jd1 and at jd2 there isn't

hello .. today look at the graphic detail of the robot, at the bottom of the download list ...

not that there is a kind of document that says zip ... but I think if we talk about downloads should be rar, I think it is most used ...

I like the detail of the robot, while others do not ... hopefully soon add something like the skin, so that you add more details, type something like art or graphics ...

I looked at the new menu editor, just go to prove that this, it looks interesting ... regards

Default Two important "disimprovement" requests

OK, this is a repeat, but that's simply because these are important to the interface.

1) Please give us back "Delete all except this host" from Linkgrabber.

Many source sites are using embed / safelink type connections to multiple hosts. Sorting several of these out after getting them all in Linkgrabber can be a real mess and very subject to user error. JD1 had "Delete all except this host" which was hugely helpful. Not only do we need that back, but it should drop all pending link grabs from other hosts, to let me get on with the host I want.

2) Please give us back the "Create folder when added to Download list".

JD1 used to have this option. With JD2 I have to manually go to Explorer and create the download folder for almost every download, in order to store info about the source and the media etc. That's because JD2 is, of course, busy downloading other stuff, and won't create the folder until it needs it. But I need it sooner!

Just today, I have had to do this manually around 40 times. I really, really would like this option back.

Thanks for all the work on a great utility. I wish you would charge for it so I wouldn't feel so bad complaining...

Arbie

I can personally say that I love to customize the right click menu ...

although being only to the download list, I see the purpose of putting the button "move to a new package", as this can not be done in the download list ...

or at least in my case never enables ...

to edit the right click menu I wanted to remove the option: "open menu manager", but before I could check for reopen ...the button that is in Settings> Interface> right click menu of the download list> open, it opens the menu manager, only shows the download list ...

then, if I delete the entry: "open menu manager" in the editing of the menu from the list of downloads, as could reopen the menu manager?

well ...
I did it out of curiosity ...
I thought removing it would restore the button to open it ...
but it was not so ...
as I can retrieve the option to open the menu manager?

excellent, thanks for the update ... after updating this morning, and everything works fine ... thanks ...

I'd dare point out two things

Firstly, it could be nice if the "redo skipped" icon on bottom right icons were more visible or hinted at, i've been using the software for 4 days before i even saw there was something down there, i've been restarting the program to download the skipped ones before i noticed this

Secondly, when starting downloads, if you have let's say 5 links to the same file, all of them would start their download process (ie wait/captcha/wait/downloading) then all would download simultaneously, and thus "wasting" download time and free download cap amounts (and maybe corrupting the target file) : it just happened to me, and it behave just as if the "already downloading / skipped" wasn't taken into account when all start simultaneously

Other than that, after a week of use, i feel that's a great tool ! Kudos.

About the "customize right click menu" : does it mean a "customize toolbar" with a CLEAR DOWLOADED/FINISHED LINKS button is coming ?
About Putlocker : JD doesnt always print the right size in the Linkgrabber. It does print the right one after adding it to the download list.
About the "Hoster" part in Packagizer : it doesn't work. Can't recognize anything, like "putlocker.com" for example.

Feature request: automatically rename files based on patterns.
For example, add list of patterns in preferences and automatically remove (or replace, etc ..) it, like
"^thats-an-annoying-tag.com_
...
..."
And JD2 could automatically rename "thats-an-annoying-tag.com_my.file.txt" to "my.file.txt"
Looks like something that could go in the Packagizer.

guess this is right place for writing this.....
i started to use JD 2 exactly 2 months from now, and except the thing with "various files" and not as it was before, annoying me, everything was great.
last week i noticed then when i simultaneously download few videos JD2 somehow "merge" them together.
for example 3 files; video 1 all ok, video 2 has right name, but content of file 1 etc.... it is also visible in filesize; video size 1,3 GB but downloaded file has just 950 MB, but its check as a finish in JD2... any idea how to stop this, is this known bug? i made it now to dl one by one file to avoid corrupting files......

your you should start a thread with your problem and indicate the server, the links that give you the problem and an error log ...
