Default Real-Debrid API

I was using my realdebrid account without major problems and sudenly today it just got disabled. tried to refresh and got this error.
Could not find Account Cokie". Then i tried to remove the account and add it again, and still get the same error message and cannot add the account.
I've checked their site to see if I was banned or site was down, and nothing, logged in without problems and converted the links thru the site normally.

Default Real-Debris API

Hi All.

My Real- Debris account stopped working with the JDownloader program today.
I can still log in to their site and download manually, just not with JDownloader.

From the real-debris forum:

"We cut access to our old API that JDownloader used, while we have given them all the information of our new API 8 months ago, we lost patience, probably the grumbling of users is going to expedite"

This is happening to me too.

Real-Debrid says this in their support:

Quote:
JDownloader users: We disabled our old API, JDownloader did not make any change to our plugin since November 2015 where we gave them access to our new API, that's why it's not working at the moment, you can post on their forums here: https://board.jdownloader.org
Not sure if this leads someone in the right direction, but perhaps converting links via web, then downloading in the program is the best workaround for now, though not ideal.

Default Real-Debrid no longer working

JDownloader users: We disabled our old API, JDownloader did not make any change to our plugin since November 2015 where we gave them access to our new API, that's why it's not working at the moment, you can post on their forums here: https://board.jdownloader.org

This is the message when I checked Real-Debrid just now after trying to log into my account on JD all afternoon. What is the ETA on a fix for this? I literally just re-upped my subscription with Real Debrid for another 6 months two days ago..so now kind of at a loss as to who to use while JD figures this out.

Thoughts?

src/jd/plugins/hoster/RealDebridCom.java (view sourcecode on **External links are only visible to Support Staff**Github) needs to be updated to use the new real-debrid API via api.real-debrid.com. The old API endpoint (/ajax/login.php) only returns the following message now:
Quote:
Hello JDownloader devs ! You were informed of our new API in November 2015 (at least raztoki was), up-to-date you did not make any change to our plugin, now this API is DISABLED. Check out api.real-debrid.com

JDownloader Client ID: NJ26PAPGHWGZY, rights: /traffic /unrestrict /user, old workflow allowed => DO NOT FLOOD THE LOGIN PAGE LIKE YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW, KEEP REFRESH_TOKEN FOR AN UNLIMITED PERIOD AND REFRESH ACCESS_TOKEN ONCE EXPIRED ONLY !

@andy2

That is not our GitHub profile/project, we don't use GitHub. All source is found on svn://svn.jdownloader.org and svn://svn.appwork.org (eclipse setup guide: http://jdownloader.org/knowledge/wik...nt/get-started)
JD does a fresh login every ~30minutes, this does not constitute a flood. Every other request is done with cached cookie, 99% of all our plugins work in this manner.

@Everyone

Yes Real-Debrid admin disabled the existing API, after sending me private message yesterday saying it will be disabled in 2 days. Wake up in the morning to find it disabled ~4-6 hours later. His choice, it wont "expedite", just creates a pile of grumpy paying customers.

Work arounds for now:
no need to uninstall/reinstall
Just generate the links yourself (can be done with browser extensions) then copy the URLs they are still supported via the Real-Debrid plugin within JDownloader. Keep chunk levels low since there is no feedback which is normally provided by there old API.

Raz....I installed the FF RealDB extension like u mentioned. This method also seems to not be working. I can authorize my account but it wont read or generate the RealDB links like u suggested.

Also...even if I can generate the RealDB links via browser, I still cant get my RealDB acct activated through JD2....I keep getting error message "cannot find account cookie" when adding acct now.

Not too sure if this workaround is working anymore.... :(

Please fix asap.

I know, I did add a link to the file on svn.jdownloader.org in my post, it just seems that your Redmine-Webinterface is configured in a way that doesn't give "Browse repository"-permissions to anonymous users... That's why I also added a link to that Github-mirror, so everyone who is interested can see the sourcecode of the plugin right there, without having to get into svn first...

I just thought pointing out the location of the problem in the sourcecode might increase the chances of getting this fixed quickly, maybe someone who knows some Java stumbles across this thread as well, has a quick look at it and writes a patch ;-)

if the generated links match https?://\\w+\\.(?:real\\-debrid\\.com|rdb\\.so|rdeb\\.io)/dl?/\\w+/.+ then it will be picked up by the real-debrid plugin. generated links do not need account to download.

You get the cookie issue, because admin purposely removed or renamed the cookie we have checks for. This disables the older API frame work. It wont magically work again, unless admin reverts his changes last night.

But I imagine they dont plan on reverting.

Are u saying there is nothing to be done by u? If this isnt fixed thats 1000s of users who now cant DL their links through JD2! Making DLing losts of links 10x more work.WTF?

Will u not add their new API? Why?

I installed the FF plugin, copied a "rapidgator" link and the RealDB FF plugin did nothing, is there something ive got wrong?

They say u have to add their new API. U say u wont and that they have to revert....both of u guys being like this is screwing over 1000s of ppl so u know.

I didn't say I wouldn't fix, I just gave a work around because some might appropriate this. At least until fix comes available either from us or him.

I can't determine why generated links are not working, I wont be able to give an answer as I don't have access to the links you generated.

Question JD2 - Cannot find account cookie

Hello,
Today I've found a weird problem with the Real-debrid plugin, I had my account logged in, but it was with red this morning , tried to refresh it but it didn't work, saying that the account cookie was not found or invalid. I can't reproduce the error, because I've deleted the account and tried to re-add it and now it says Cannot add Account because Could not find Account Cookie.
How can I fix this ?
Thanks
