Default Downloading from multiple urls with a string

I am trying to get the link grabber to parse urls on a site that are sequentially numbered. (**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**) this could go up to something like **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**. Instead of adding each gallery manually, is there a way to enter a string into linkgrabber like **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**[01-99] ? so that each url is entered automatically and then parsed?

Hey FierceGo,

As far as i know this is not possible currently with JD. I created a small script for you which creates the results you want:
hxxp://www.xup.in/dl,74623291/range.zip/ (replace hxxp with http )

Just run range.exe (or range.py, if you have python installed.)
Usage is described in usage.txt, result will come out as textfile: out.range.txt

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Regards,

scr4ve

Thanks Scr4ve. I cannot view your link, unfortunately. Is it possible for you to pm it to me or type it in such a way so that the board doesn't eliminate the link?
Thank you.

Thanks again scr4ve. I have a few questions. I looked at your usage.txt but am not sure how to interpret the syntax that it appears to suggest.

Say the URL is hxxp://www.example.com/01
where 01 is the first picture gallery
say I want galleries 1-20

The program first asks for the URL, then the Range. Could you tell me the command that I should use to get the first 20 galleries starting from hxxp://www.example.com/01 for both the the URL and the Range prompts?

URL: example.com/%02d
Range: 20

% is delimiter
0 means fill with zero in front
2d means 2 digits

Thanks, that worked.

So if I input hxxp://www.example.com/%1d/%1d and range 20, will I get:

/1/1
/1/2

up to

/20/1
...
/20/20

or is only one variable allowed in the URL?
