Default Turbobit and Rapidshare links don't go to LinkGrabber

Whenever I copy a Turbobit or Rapidshare link, it never shows up in the LinkGrabber tab, even though JDownloader shows a popup telling me it found a link. I've had this problem for months, but it used to work.

I'm using Windows 10 and here's my log: 09.02.19 02.03.31 <--> 18.02.19 22.45.24 jdlog://8111676935451/

My java version is 1.8.0_201

Here's the link I tried to download: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Please check that you have NOT disabled checkbox on right sidebar in linkgrabber view to hide either filetype or filehoster.

Sorry, but what does that checkbox look like and what does it say?

Is it this one? **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Can you provide a screenshot of the complete linkgrabber view?
Maybe you have setup a filter in Settings-Linkfilter ?

At the bottom *restore 1...* Check your Settings-Linkfilter. Seems you have setup a filter that filters out those links.
You can click on the button to restore it

Yes, you seem to be right. How do I unset that?

In Settings-Linkfilter, check what filter might be wrong. Looks like you've setup a custom filter that's wrong. either disable or delete it

The only filter I have is for documents and images: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Why would a doc/image filter filter out turbobit/rapidshare videos?

The filter matches because the url ends with .html (document). additional add the condition
File is Online and it should work
