Angry "File not found" on Oron via Flashgot

Hello,

I recently started having problems with JDownloader -- files from Oron are shown as "file ont found" when invoked via FlashGot, even though the files are there.

This used to work before.

I am running XP+SP3, FF 3.6, Latest FlashGot, updated JDownloader.
I have a premium Account on Oron.

Here's how I consistently reproduce it:
1. Go to **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
2. Try to download the address in the fourth post (**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**) via FlashGot (pointing to JDownloader), either as a link (using the "Linkification" plug-in) or as a selection.
3. JDownloader claims "file not found".

Note that This is just one example, it also fails on "regular links".

Log:
http://jdownloader.org/pastebin/84335

Here's what I already did:

1) To verify that the problem is not with FlashGot, I pointed FlashGot at another downloader.
The file was downloaded successfully.

2) Pasting the link directly into JDownloader also works.

Please help!

Thank you.

So it's not just with Oron?

I need example links! Could not reproduce with oron! Also i suggest to use normal oron links and not forward the generated ones (as they are bound to ip and expire).

Yep.
Please do not use lashgot in this case.
By using Flashgot you skip the complete plugin which leads to errors

Here's a case straight from a forum:
a. Go to **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
b. See the 1st download link in the 2nd post.
The link text is "Rosalie_and_Gigi_in_Hot_Friends_Three_Play.part1.rar"
The actual link is: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
c. Right-click on it and select "FlashGot". JD will fail to find the file.
d. Reconfigure Flashgot to use internal FF downloads instead, repeat the test and the file will download.

The log is here:

OK, people, I really don't understand what's going on.

FlashGot was working fine with Oron before. I downloaded tons of stuff with it.

JD explicitly supports FlashGot, it even offers an option to install it from within JD!

What am I expected to do?

Just add the oron.com link to JD without Flashgot!
Flashgot is not needed in this case and it'll only cause problems (in this case!).

With FlashGot:
Right click on a link, select "FlashGot"
JD is started if needed and the link is passed to it.

Without FlashGot:
Select the link
Start JD if not running
Open the UI
Select the 2nd tab
click on the add link button
wait for the link to be processed and recognized
click on the "start all" button

I found it easier to just use Oron directly.

The integration with FF (via FlashGot) is a large part what makes using JD so enjoyable.

Obviously, the "cooked" link that that FlashGot passes to JD is valid, as it works with other downloaders, so what prevents JD from recognizing and using it?

I understand that FlashGot is not blameless here, and I am bugging them to fix in on their side (no luck so far) but why not take the high road and fix it in JD?

Highest regards,
Zevel

Tell your Flashgot NOT to send the direct links to JD.
It should send exactly "oron.com/tefpfdhdw9es/Rosalie_and_Gigi_in_Hot_Friends_Three_Play.part1.rar" to JD.
If that doesn't work, log out of your oron.com premium account in your browser.
The problem is not Flashgot, it's how you're using it!

Gladly. Do you know how to do that? I could not find anything like that in the settings.

Thank you for this suggestion. I'll try it as soon as I get home.
Edit: That worked. Thanks!

This is most likely, but the best way for me to learn how to use it correctly is to ask questions on the forums of both applications and hope for some friendly person like yourself to offer advice.

Highest regards,
Zevel.

No, because I copy links for other purposes too.

Yes, logging off did the trick.
