Default Problem with multiple packages with same name

Hi,

Sometimes, especially if theres offline links involved, I get multiple packages with the same name in my download list.
Thats per se not a problem, however, if I then delete all finished downloads from the downloadlist, I end up with quite a few downloads saying that they failed, even though theres a file downloaded in the subfolder by another package.

Is there a way to mark a download as finished if theres a file in the subfolder? Or automatically merge packages with the same name so I could avoid having to open downloadfolder on each "failed" download?

Thanks

Can you provide example links? So I can check the *multiple packages with same name* ?

For that I need to check the underlying issue first, so please provide example links

The reason is that Im adding links via flashgot api. It never happens if I add links manually.

Do you add all links at once or in multiple batches?

I first try to add them all at once, and if I get an error, then I add them one by one.

I have a bunch of different self written scripts, tbh its quite a mess I wouldnt want my worst enemy to have to sift through.

But Ive found a solution with the event scripter. Currently Im looping through all packages and check if theres files in the subfolder, and then remove those packages regardless of finished state.

So, very sorry to have bothered, I really should have thought of the event scripter before.

Ive been using the package parameter, just sometimes JD2 creates separate packages and sometimes links get put into same package even though sent separately but with same package name.
