When trying to download from depfile.com JD2 does not recognize error messages about running more than one download or about having exceeded the free download limit.

When these situations happen after the captcha entry there is no redirect to the wait page for the download link, but it goes straight back to the file page and a note is added like this

"Can't add account because Account check failed" is the error.

I am running OSX Sierra and JDownloader 2 with the latest build (Jun 23).

Sometimes (about 10%) it lets me login and will start downloading. Then, about an hour or two later, it will stop and the account will be red in the "Account Manager" screen.

I have tried to delete and re-add, and also delete, restart, and re-add, but nothing is fixing the issue. This has been happening for about two weeks, since I purchased premium from Depfile.

Please advise.

You are still using very old plugin: IFilezCom|33201
It is DepfileCom|37064 now.

Please hit the update button and restart JDownloader and provide new log

probably means updates are not working, and hitting the update button probably wont work.
close jd
goto install path and delete Core.jar, jd/, tmp/, update/
start JDownloader.jar

it will update everything.

your issue is identical to googlebear
out dated JDownloader so follow the steps here

Close JDownloader, delete the jd folder , tmp and update folder
and also the Core.jar file

This worked again, for now.

Yesterday, it was fixed it for about 6 hours, but when I woke up in the morning, It was broken again.

The first time I did not delete the "jd" folder, so maybe that was the issue.
