Downloads 'freezing'
So I have had this issue for like a week of Jdownloader 'freezing' about 5 seconds into downloading. It'll download and then the individual downloads will freeze on the ETA and speed for about two minutes then say 'connection lost Wait..etc' I have made sure everything is updated including java and stuff. I've tried limiting the max downloads and connections. And played with some of the network options. I've completely uninstalled it and reinstalled and I'm still having this issue I'm not sure why. Any searches I do on the different things that show up in log get me no where.
I did the upload but wasn't sure if it worked http://jdownloader.org/pastebin/86433 Last edited by Jiaz; 11.06.2012 at 11:18. |

JD 0.9581 does not support Java 7. Please uninstall Java 7, remove rests with JavaRa, reboot and install Java 6 Update 32. Do you use any Firewall or Antivirus? Screenshot might be helpful, too.

its more than likely your previous exemptions for java6 are not longer valid and its been blocked. This is a classic example 'java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out'
please read http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=38044

I deleted my old exemptions and made new ones. While it doesn't freeze anymore the downloads don't keep going. So I'll downgrade to java 1.6 and see how that goes
edit: downgrading fixed everything Last edited by XanXic; 11.06.2012 at 04:08. |
