Filejoker server error 503 connection limit
I'm having all sorts of problems with Filejoker. I have some downloads that have been stuck in my JD for weeks because they are always saying server error 503 connection limit. I can download NEW files using both JD and my browser, but these files give me errors all the time on both. Even when they say the errors, if I download a new filejoker file JD it will download. It's like these files are forever being blocked.
I tried creating a log but all I got is this and don't know what to do with it! 23.11.19 01.32.46 <--> 30.11.19 09.24.39 jdlog://8885230900751/ |

I'm having the same issue. I opened the link in the browser and noticed there's still 5 hours waiting before I can download, not sure if it's always doing that though.

If I open them online, it goes through the whole sequence of captcha, wait 60-90 seconds, get download link and then when you click on it, it says "connection limit." BUT it's only those certain files, I can still download new ones without problem.

I think you should report to their support.

Both of you are free users, right?
This definitly isn't a JDownloader issue as it happens via browser too - please report it to their support! -psp-

Maybe its not a JDownloader issue completely, BUT the last time I had this problem I ran Advanced System Repair Pro and it COMPLETELY removed JDownloader from my computer and when I reinstalled, all those 503 error files "magically" downloaded without problems. So there must be something in JDownloader's system somewhere. (I've tried deleting and reinstall again but it doesn't fully delete or something because when I reinstall, there are still settings and other stuff that didn't go back to default.)

JD is not a magical tool, so when browser can't get it, JD won't get it too.

Apart from the fact that JD does only display this errormessage when it comes from filejoker (= you have no influence on that), such tools will often destroy more than they fix! You can read about this on popular computer magazines on the net. -psp-

EDIT: nevermind. while it fixed the other errors and I've had no problem downloading new files, those same old files keep giving the connection errors. I give up and am gonna delete them all and cut my loses. Last edited by 2talll; 18.12.2019 at 18:32. Reason: added info |

I've disabled the API for free accounts for the next update.
Downloads might be possible again then. Downloads should still be possible without issues at the moment via premium account and without account! -psp-

Is it possible that the person that uploaded the files has reached their limit to what they can have downloaded? I've noticed that I get the errors from users I've downloaded from before and that have A LOT of stuff on the sites to download. Like I'll get the error from 'user A" on more than one file, but I can then go and download something from "user B" without any problems.

@2tall
what you are describing been able to download some files and not others is typical when they are located on the same servers. Typically 503 error is too many connections (server limit) to that specific host/fileserver, does your ISP use carrier grade NAT ? or are you using VPN ? this at times can be the cause. raztoki

I have no idea what carrier grade NAT is, sorry. No VPN either. I assumed it was something on the host end as well but ive been able to download other files from the same guy... but i have one file thats had the error now for three weeks.

Yes, they don't work online either. If I disable the problem file i can continue to use filejoker for other files but if its active i get free downloads are impossible at this moment errors that last forever. and numerous attempts to contact filejoker have all been unanswered.

Well then they either have a bad support or they are doing this intentionally

From what I've read when googling it, the answer to that is both! Their support only helps if you are a PAID premium member and they intentionally screw with free downloads and the answer is to "get premium" and that will fix the problems.

Well there is nothing you can do about this then ...
