hi ich hab seid dem 23/24.5 immer das problem das mein premium unter jd nur als free account angezeigt wird. ich hab einen real debrid premium der funktioniert auch auf ihrer seite dort kann ich ja auch saugen aber nur einzeln immer das nervt, login daten sind korrekt eingetragen....
da ich viel sauge isses halt ohne den jd ziehmlich mühselig mal große daten zu saugen kann mir da bitte wer helfen wenns möglich ist.

achja noch ne kleinigkeit der zeigt auch immer seid dem 23. den aktuellen tag wo ich jd starte als verfallsdatum.

No changes on our side. JDownloader expects type to be "premium" so most likely the String has changed. We need username/password or a debug log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
See article how to enable debug mode first, then restart JDownloader. Remove/add the account again and then create log and post logID here

Log doesn't contain any account activity. It is important to enable debug mode first! then restart JDownloader. Then remove/add the account again and create the log

hmm and how i can do the debug mode cant find any debug mode in the options .... this is very complicatied i use jdownloader for 9 years and i never had any kind problems now im very likeed;(

Debug Logs: Account based issues are not logged by default, you will need to enable 'Debug mode' (settings > advanced settings > Log: Debug Mode), Restart JDownloader > Reproduce said issue > then follow the steps below.
If requested by your supported, please provide debug logs

are u kidding me ,is there no german support dude im freaking out there is no advance setting i cand find them why is this so important and why is it not find easy if u open the setting in jdownloader 2 ? should i write and wait here now houhrs of time im rly pissed of this is for me not a support im not a pro im a beginner and this kind of issue is absolutly overhelmet me, why i have so manny yeahrs not a problem and now i got one after an update and now i have to find the damn problem, im sorry for my speaking but im rly pissed of and my english is very bad to

Doch klar gibt es deutschen Support. Aktiviere bitte den DebugModus, dazu in den Einstellungen->Profieinstellungen->Log.debugmodeenabled aktivieren und JDownloader neustarten
Profieinstellungen findest du in den Einstellungen als kleineren Menupunkt nach dem Entpacker/TrayIcon. Danach den Account löschen/neu eintragen und dann neues Log erstellen

erstmal danke jetzt hab ich das erst gefunden , nun da ich meinen account neu angelegt habe im debug modus steht unter status auch wieder premium und die ganzen multihost werden mir wieder angezeigt
so und nur soll ich nochmal so en log machen und den link hier reinposten nehm ich an

Nichts zu danken! Sorry wegen dem Englisch, ich war drin und von dir kam leider nix worauf ich schließen konnte das Englisch net so dolle ist.

Sobald der Account als Free angezeigt wird, dann einfach direkt ein neues Log erstellen und hier melden
Evtl hattest du das PW geändert? Oder es gab nen Problem seitens RealDebrid.

ich hab ja alles mehrmals getestet bei real debrid selber konnte ich ja durch die link klamotte da saugen egal von welchen hoster aber bei jdownloader hat er mir halt seid dem update abends irgendwann 23/24 rum ich weiss nicht mehr genau das dann so immer angezeigt, also kann ich den jetzt so im debug modus lassen oder wie? und jetzt einfach weider normal nutzen?

Ja, belasse es im Debug Modus. Von uns gab es seit dem 11.05.2020 keine Änderungen
