Default [International] Luckyshare.net problems thread

Hi, this report is about luckyshare.net...

The link grabber recognizes luckyshare, but can't verify the online status of file. And, with the files that were added before, can't start a download giving a server error.

Log: http://jdownloader.org/pastebin/98012
Example links: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
Configuration: Windows 7 64bit, 12Gb RAM
I use this host without a free account.
No proxy.

I am experiencing the identical issue. Luckyshare is up and my account is valid as I am able to download files through my browser but jdownloader will not recognize the links. Please advise.

Sorry, misunderstanding.
The plugin works fine for me!
Please make sure that your JD is up to date.

That is partially correct. It works for a few hundred MB, afterwards you get the "Hoster problem?" status, but download via browser is possible. Haven't figured out, when you are able to download, because I couldn't download for the last 48 hours, but an hour ago I was able to load around 2.7 GB. Now I have the same problem again like the OP, means new links will not get resolved and existing packages will get "Hoster problem?" status.

I'll send you the login data for an active premium account.

So this only happens for premium users?
How many Max.Con.(Chunks) and Max.Dls are you using?

I do not know what version of the plug in. The version of JD I am running is 0.9.581. How would I determine what version of the plug in?

I installed JD2 a few hours ago and started downloading, but after around 2,5 GB I experience the same problem as in JD.

Here's the JD2 log:

jdlog://1350753730672

Download via browser is working, just for the sake of completeness.

hi, have the same problem with JD1 (yes, I know have to wait for the update) and also with JD2 beta.

I have a premium Luckyshare-account.

testing JD2 beta ...

I created a .dlc with JD1.
imported about 60 files inside the dlc-file into JD2 beta.
all checked as online in the linkgrabber.
I was able to download 10 files with JD2 beta today.
after that JD2 beta gives me a "host error?" and can't download or even re-check "online status".
if I remove the links and re-add them to the linkgrabber availability is "? 0/1 offline".

if I use firefox the files are downloadable ... so easy workaround for premium-users:
just use a downloadmanager inside firefox (like DTA), queue all files, start - done.

edit:
size of the 10 files = 3,43 GB
forced login =? uncheck and recheck the luckyshare-account in account-manager ?

edit2:
downloading with the browser got me to a quota-point "You reached your 15GB quota in the last 24 hours. Downloaded: 15.48GB".
but I managed to download all but 1 file, but tomorrow is another day ...

Thanks for the info, this should be the problem. Before 1st of october, there was no download quota, since that day, you have 15GB per 24h.

There's also an entry in the news section about this.

As a security measure we have setup a daily download limit. Size: 15GB, Period: Last 24 hours.

Please consider this when you buy a Premium.

Quota information will be soon available in your Dashboard: ETA is between 20th Oct and 30th Oct.

You mean in JDownloader 2? If so, the problem is not solved. I'm getting the message "Hosterproblem?". Downloads via Browser are possible. I also waited more than 24 hours to make sure that a download limit is not the reason for the problem.

/edit: Okay, forget it. Now it works.

How did you get it to work? Because it doesn't work for me. jdlog://1351213423127

I have premium and it recognizes my account but it says host problem when trying to download. I'm well under 15GB and it definitely downloads in the browser. Using JD2 with the most recent updates.

Thanks

I've just waited and downloaded nothing. Then I was able to download a few files. But after about six files (each less than 1 gb) I got this message again... Download via browser are still possible. So it seems that the problem isn't solved yet.

Does the problem happen while downloading via account or without account?

I'm using a premium account. I'm able to download four or six files, each about 900 MB or less. Then "Hosterproblem?" appears and I have to download via browser or wait about 24 hours. The 15 GB limit was definitely not exeeded.

Next time please set Max.Con. to 1, reset all links (even if they haven't been started yet) and try again and tell me if the problem still happens then!

I set "Max. simultanous Downloads" and "Max. Chunks per Download" to 1 and reset the links. Didn't help, the problem still appears.

Do that when downloads are working and check if it still fails after 6 downloads.

I'm not so sure it has to do exactly with the number of downloads. Because earlier, I was downloading 4 files only and I closed JD2 in the middle while it was still working fine. But when I started again after a few minutes it failed.

Before that though, I was messing around by starting and stopping like 8 files simultaneously since I hadn't realized that if I select like 10 files => right click => start download all the 10 files will start downloading simultaneously even if I set to only download 4 files at once. But I'm not sure if it's a bug or a feature.

Also, I'm really impressed by JD2, it has everything I always wanted in JD (except maybe the option to interleave between different hosts - i.e. each host can only download x files at once, but I can download from y hosts at once so that the total number of download is x*y, I always thought that would make go faster, especially if x==1), I wish I found out about it sooner.

Using a premium account on luckyshare, have the same problem as others...after 2.5 gb / day, the message "Hosterproblem?". Have to wait 24 hr and then I can d/l another 2.5 gb approx...I've tried to set max chunks to 1, and simultanous d/l to 1, same results. It is like that since yesterday, and yesterday was the day I installed version 2 of Jdownloader.

But this must be a host related problem.
Have you also contacted their support?
I'll write them a mail.

Any response? I tried it again. Only one connection & download. I was able to download three files. Each file was smaller than 1 GB.

It seems that I would be able to start more downloads if I start them all simultanous. I could first download two files, then start six simultanous (more wasn't possible) downloads. All other downloads have to be download via Browser.

I can give you my info. I haven't downloaded from them for a few days so it should probably still work in JD.
