Whenever I attempt to add a file to open up, the meter at the bottom of the screen works like normal until it goes red. Then the progress part freezes at 75% and after that the screen will not do anything except shrink down, no matter what I do it will not close and none of the buttons will work. It does not say that anything is wrong, all it says under module is 30: 5 links found. I already tried updating it but the problem keeps coming back, can anyone help me?
