Default move/add functions on the main application window

So much free space at the top of the application.
Why can not I add these icons / options at the top of the application?

Settings>User Interface>Menus and Toolbars>Main Toolbar ?
you can drag&drop from submenu to toolbar

check this.too many icons for me

I understood. which settings do you want (and does not exist) ? (still too much icons for me)(I want to change icon size 16x16-32x32-48x48-64x64 etc, and I want to add some settings from advanced options to normal menus)

I want one select (no 2 select!).
1 check the status of availability.
2 Set the download directory.
3 Join creating a new package
