Uploaded says I have only used 6.80 gb out of 100gb to download but in jdownloader it just keeps saying temp disabled.

This message came directly from Uploaded.net's API server:
Leider ist Ihr Download-, als auch Hybrid-Traffic aufgebraucht, falls Sie diese Datei dennoch herunterladen möchten,<br \/>können Sie eines Unserer Hybrid-Traffic Produkte erwerben

Maybe you can ask their support.

@snikerz:
please don't forget that uploaded reserve traffic of complete file for each connection for 120 mins. so when you download a 1 gbyte file with 20 connections, for the next 120 mins you will have 20 gbyte traffic usage. after that time 19gb will be refilled

How do I change how many connections I am using? It says I am using 1 chunk per dl I have no idea what that means

Default Why captcha required?

I just installed Jdownloader today.
Most d/l have stopped, asking for captcha.
WHY? (didn't have this prob with previous version...)
I have access thru zevera.
How do I rectify this?

Thanks, Nick

Captcha is for free download.
Add account usage rule and disable free download there.

I figured it out about an hour later.

By the way, isn't it odd how it let me d/l at high speed as a free user (some file, not all.)

Thanks for your help.

Please check via browser, if it's OK then upload the log with debug mode enabled in advanced settings.

UL seems to have some server issues at the moment. We encounter them too.
Can you please provide a logfile!?

All errors come from zevera, read timeouts -> firewall/av or zevera server issues

There is a thread that has been closed
But
I find this to be a problem
I've had problems getting UL to take payment... So I've been using as free.
The other day a red -20% to switch to UL appears in menu bar of JDownloader, I clicked got a page with my choices, chose 1 yr clicked through payment brought up a file to DL (I did) was a 64bit Windows jar? (I'm running a Mac) I ignored the file checked my email got charged full price no -20%. Bait & switch, contacted UL they blame JDownloader. Refuse to reduce charges by 20%. Low life thieves! So I didn't take screen shots (why would I) so CC won't reverse or adjust payment. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know how they they can get away with this? Is it really JDownloaders problem?
Here is the link I used: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
Thanks for any help or replies given (even if they are not what I want to hear).

Last edited by echo; 05.02.2016 at 23:55. Reason: Added the link I used to the -20% off
