Default Save Settings

I just had to do a clean reinstall and can't ever remember my preferred settings. Is there a way to save them?

Right now though can you tell me how to stop jDownloader from creating a sub-folder for each download?

@twistedvincent
file > backup > create/restore
or copy/paste cfg/ path

settings > package customiser > sub directory as packagename

Many Thanks!
Also I forgot how to stop JD from loading rar files into my extract folder. Something to do with right click if I'm not mistaken.

No, I have icon extraction already set to the folder I want but jd is creating a subfolder anyway.

oh that would be the package customiser, see my first reply at the end.
just note that existing packages in list already carry the previous setting.
either edit/change path manually, or delete and re-add them
