Default proxies no longe working?

because of a premium account I didn't need to use proxies for the last 3 months. now that I need them again, they don't work anymore.

when activating a proxy in the connection manager, JD2 reports "host problem", "host wait time" or "try restarting this file", currently with uploaded.net, rapidgator and depositfiles.

using the same proxy in the browser (firefox) with abovementioned sharehosters works as usual.

let me know how and which information I may provide to solve this problem.

Please post a log.
The problem is probably related to your proxy.
If there is any redirect or security question from the proxy, JDs plugins will fail because they're not designed to handle this (of course).

EDIT

In general proxies should work fine.

check the last minutes from about 20:12 to 20:17, this is when a proxy was enabled.

the proxy is an (already established) ssh tunnel to privoxy on a remote server. no password or auth. required. used to work like a champ with 6 different IPs in 3 different countries until about 3 months ago.

here are two URLs that worked via firefox, but not via JD2 proxy:

just figured out that privoxy seems to be the problem, but it worked behind firefox, though. maybe you can find something in the log.

tnx.

thats most likely because I'm the only one using ssh+privoxy.

Hi
At the moment I have no access to logs.
Please wait for an answer of a developer.
I'm pretty sure that your proxy shows another site in between or so...but it could also be a general bug with this type of proxy.

EDIT

zip the logs folder and send to support@jdownloader.org
