Default ddl.to gets simultaneos wrong

ddl.to seems to support a limited number of simultaneos downloads.
But it only does so if i start another packet with another hoster that also supports simultaneos downloads.
For example:
I start JDownloader, start a package of ddl.to files.
Then I start a package of apkdrop files, where there are basically no limits.
NOW ddl.to starts opening up more instances.

It would be nice if ddl.to does that on it's own from the beginning.

This cannot really be true.
You either have some other urules in place or you manually forced these downloads or maybe you are using ddl.to over a multihoster?
