[Script request] ISP captcha reconnect not working

Hello, my ISP requires captcha every hour. Web browser automatically directs to "**External links are only visible to Support Staff**. The problem is that JD doesn't show that captcha. If I remember correctly it was working fine a few years ago (pop up with captcha), but now it just hangs on "Starting...". Can anything be done about that? I'm attaching a screenshot, log and page source.
