Is that a plugin update or a core update to wait on? All suprafiles links I try or already have are showing as "file not found" but I can open and download them in the browser just fine:

I've been having the same problem the last few days.

Can download directly from the website no problem,
but JD doesn't grab the links properly and just says offline every time.

Site is playing cat and mouse game, wait for update
You can expect this plugin to fail often/always or not work at all/rarly

Site is playing cat/mouse game. No sense in fixing the plugin again and again.

That's really too bad... site had a lot of good stuff... is there any way you could set the plugin to try several ways to connect before it fails? For example, if it fails and times out using one method, to retry a certain number of times, and then try a different method, etc?

Thanks

They check plugin changes and break specific stuff. That's why cat and mouse. I fix plugin, they break another thing, I fix it, they check how it got fixed and break another thing.

Looks like Subrafiles and cloudyfiles have same owner because both plugins break at the same position. Looks like they want to play the cat and mouse game, so either we keep on playing or the plugin keep failing (even for paid customers) and those will move on to another supported site/service then.

I think they re-enabled use with jdownloader but added a 1 hour wait time between downloads... jdownloader and another download manager I tried (mipony) both report 1 hour wait times... however, it doesn't seem that there's a one hour wait time through browser... Did they indeed re enable use in jdownloader, or is it just broken in a different way? By the way, the same goes for cloudyfiles (same owner). I'm going to post another link in the cloudyfiles thread...

Thanks for checking this out.

It SAYS one hour wait time, but it just does that over and over again. They definitely went from blocking it by changing the page to blocking it surreptitiously by blocking the source. I tried to look in the logs to see what the actual message was, but I cant find and suprafiles plugin logs.

Sp, I've just been loading them in the browser and copying the direct links into JD2, which still works. Pain, but as long as they want to play games then that's how it goes.

Here are some new links. Cloudyfiles and Suprafiles both have the same owner, and the plugins break in the same way. They have a 1 hour countdown, and then it just restarts the countdown without doing anything. When you use a browser, there is no wait time between downloads.

In my log you will see some cloudyfiles downloads went through -- that is because I copied the direct download link by clicking through the pages. The ones which timed out are the regular ones.

Don't expect this plugin to work because of the cat/mouse play. We fix it, they break it minutes after release. Makes no sense

example link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
behaviour as below:

JD goes into a loop of "Download limit reached" (2 hours), gets a new IP, tries again, same error, new IP, .... Did it three times before I stopped it and got the file via browser.

Better if JD tells you to DIY rather than waste time and give you nothing.

Same issue for me with suprafiles. It always says "download limit has been reached". But if I manually go to the link in my browser I am able to download the file fine.

They want you to read advertisement with browser.
Download limit is not the problem anymore, they're playing with wait time now.
