Network Problem:Null
Started getting this regularly on a series of downloads from ksmobile.net. In addition, some of the downloads do not complete correctly (even though it says download finished), and you end up with an mp4 file with no time duration shown. Inevitably, these files do not play.
Updated to latest version tonight, but issue seems worse if anything. On average if there are say 50 downloads, between 5-10 will not complete correctly, and between 5-10 will show the Connection problem:null. Note that once a download is in this state a reset will not fix it. Anyone have this issue and maybe a fix. I have set a maximum of 1 stream per download. |

and post shown logID here. Please also provide example links and make sure your firewall/av does not mess with JDownloader!

OK I have to make an apology this was my own misunderstanding of how the app I was downloading works. What occurred to me was that the ones which go into this status never have the file size (shows Unknown). So I checked and these are broadcasts which are still live. So if I copy out their URLs, then remove them from the Linkgrabber, the remainder nearly always complete with no errors (though there is nearly always one "lagger" which seems to download at a fraction of the pace of the others). I can then re-add the Unknown ones as the broadcasts complete.
The app is simply fantastic, the support here immense. Thank to all, this can be closed. |

By providing some example links and a logfile we can check and try to fix it, so you don't have to go the *manual* way
