Cannot download from easy-share
I'm super new to JDownloader but Ive heard a lot of this app so I decided to try it. On my very first try, the downloader couldn't download anything.
I tried to download this file **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** And I agree with the TOS as well as enter the correct cap then I waited...and waited...it's still 0B/0B, it didn't say anything else and after an hour of frustration I decided to terminate the link and tried again. This time the downloader went straight to downloading but it didn't download anything... I tried some downloaders like this before but I really hope JDownloader is not another unusable app. I'm running it with Sun Java and OS Windows 7 Ultimate. I hope that I can use this cuz I really need 2 or 3 files from easy-share... Thanks.. Last edited by Jiaz; 14.12.2010 at 13:11.

The link works fine in my jD.
Please, use File -> Restore JD to update jD's plug-ins. If the version of your easy-share.com plug-in isn't 12576 you're having an update problem. In that case, allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the port 80/html/web scanner in your virus software.
