Default Cannot download from isra.cloud

Host: isra.cloud
Message: Host problem?
Example link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
JDownloader 2 latest version running on Windows 10 Pro

I cannot download any links from isra.cloud. I have a premium account, which shows up as such with unlimited traffic left in the JDownloader 2 accounts list.

Please advise. Thank you.

Regards,

Bart Soriano

Default isra.cloud accounts not fully supported.

my isra.cloud account will switch from "free" to "premium" status as I use it and will also go from letting me download multiple files at once to only one file at a time when I use up half my traffic. it is also restarting instead of resuming stopped files. I can download more than 1 file at a time if I use proxies but something with JD isn't working so I have to watch JD and constantly select/deselect proxies in order for JD to use those proxies. I am also getting low download speed on my ISP connection but normal speed using proxies

isra.cloud daily traffic is 50GB
isra.cloud does not have a free mode, account should never say free
JD should always be letting me download many files at once with or without proxies
JD should keep track of when I run out of traffic. When traffic is used up JD displays 24hour countdown and if I restart JD and try a DL, JD will restart the 24hour countdown even though my actual wait with isra.cloud has not reset and is continuing since I last used all my traffic.

I am contacting isra.cloud to see if they have or can implement the same account traffic reset other hosters have where your download traffic resets at a specific time every day but it seems like they don't which is so stupid

According to website, isra.cloud has Free(Registered) and Premium account
JDownloader will not use multiple proxies for Accounts. Only free (no account) downloads may use multiple proxies at the same time. Accounts will only use the same one proxy to avoid issues (for example Account blocks) because of multiple IPs using the same account.

Isra.clound plugin doesn't have any 24 hours countdown?! JDowloader detects that the traffic limit is reached and then temp disable the account until traffic is available again (checked regularly)

The switch from premium to free should not happen. Please provide logins and some example links to support@jdownloader.org and I can review the plugin

JDownloader 2 latest version running on Windows 7 64bit Home Premium

My premium account of isra.cloud has not been recognized as so by JD2 since the day before yesterday.
My account is recognized as free account, so I cannot download any file from isra.cloud because only premium account has the right to download any file.
I confirm that my account is still valid on my account page of isra.cloud and also confirm that I can download files directly from isra.cloud by using Firefox 67.0.2.
So I judge the problem is not in isra.cloud but in JD2.
Could you please give me any advise.

Best regards,

deckard

Starting about 2 days ago, I had the same problem with my premium isra.cloud account being seen by JDownloader as a free account, even though the premium links could be downloaded with no problem in a web browser. The solution was to simply remove the account and re-add it in JDownloader.

Could you please have this matter closed.
Thank you very much again!
