Default Update failed, reinstalled now all history and accounts gone

Hello,
I had a failed update today. I thought I could just download and install from the most recent dmg. It did fix the installation but my accounts, my list of downloads that were temporarily disabled, and all the settings have disappeared.

I did zip up the /Applications/JDownloader 2 folder before I did the update so have that if I need to restore some files but I don't know what to restore.

Being on the Mac (Intel) I thought that all my personalizations, account info etc would be in User/Library/Application Support. Or is this a case that the installer overwrote all the personalizations, data and settings from that folder?

Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions to restore my set up,
B.

Thumbs up

Thank you @pspzockerscene.
The first link helped me to restore everything.
I copied the files from the zipped cfg folder to the new install and everything is back as it was. Thanks again!!
