[NOT a JD bug] debrid-link.fr
Hi,
Have premium acc. with debriflink.fr but until yesterday, i was able to download 4-5 files than it would start giving "skipped - account missing" , and i had to close ddownloader and relaunch to make it start downloads again only for 4-5 files .... today it became a permanent error as " disabled host, "server error , not debrid" i copy pasted some links to directly to debrid-link.fr so the site can provide links just fine... probably a plugin error i think. ps: i have already set me premium accounts to "usage rules" so let s keep that out of the question. updater says i have the latest version. note: the error occurs with rapidgator links though, other services work fine Last edited by I3ordo; 11.08.2022 at 02:57. |

Hi,
1. Please post a screenshot of all account usage rules you've created. 2. Please provide a log of such failed download attempts. Please post your log-ID here | bitte poste deine Log-ID hier. 3. Even if you think you're already aware of that, please read the following information about multihoster related problems: https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...roubleshooting

i removed all usage rules, when double clicked to status of those downloads, it says "disabled filehost: server error notdebrid"
the error occurs with "hitfile" links as i have checked, the rapidgator links are working normal with the debridlink.fr Last edited by I3ordo; 13.08.2022 at 19:19. |

@I3ordo: have you tried to download the file manually in browser via service?
sounds like hitfile currently has issues or is not supported at the moment.

Hi, the files are available and working and can be downloaded from the multi-host premium provider's web site.
The problem occurs with rapidgator links... only with them so debridlink.fr plugin has a problem after 5-6 files downloaded. And the problem goes away temporarily for 2-3 links once JD is restarted. the topic is flagged as "declined" however i believe this is a bug that has been there for months now. Would you care if i made a 3-4 minute long screen video recording? |

@I3ordo: We don't need a video recording and it will not help. Have you tested the link in browser with same account/multihoster while it fails in JDownloader? If so, then please provide a debug log, like asked here https://board.jdownloader.org/showpo...67&postcount=2

Hi,
"Have you tested the link in browser with same account/multihoster while it fails in JDownloader?" YES I uploaded the logs, 31.08.22 06.18.19 <--> 31.08.22 06.14.30 jdlog://9459211370661/ For usage rules, i have one rule, for "rapidgator" and for that the"debridlink" account is ticked, the google drive account is unticked. The usage rule window looks like this **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** while writing this post and uploading images, i saw that it started downloading 1-2 files and stopping again. as i have said earlier, i can paste the links to the debrid web site and download fine. latest log where it downloads some and errors again. 31.08.22 06.18.19 <--> 31.08.22 06.27.24 jdlog://0559211370661/ |

@I3ordo
1. Your rule is wrong. As explicitely stated in our instructions, you're supposed to add rules for filehosters e.g. rapidgator.net and not multihosts: https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...-free-download 2. According to your log, the debrid-link API returns the following error on attempting to download rapidgator.net URLs: Code:
{"success":false,"error":"notDebrid"} I still can't find any JDownloader bugs here... EDIT Just add the usage rules as described to make JD wait- and auto-retry in such situations and eventually after some more retries you will be able to download those links.

"1. Your rule is wrong."
how am i supposed to add rule then? i add rule, disable free account feature and the debridlink account is automatically appearing for me to use with rapidgator links, i see nothing wrong with that there... And as soon as i add the usage rule(that just disables free account for that host), the first file gets downloaded without any issue. then the second link tries to start and gives "notdebrid" error. if i check that file and try to download it via debrid's web site, it generates the link and downloads fine. I cant understand why i am still trying to explain a faulty/non-working plugin problem here... Here are the facts: File is avaiable online. multihost service is able to generate links and handout downloads just fine. JD plugin fails with rapidgator links via "debrlink". Either acknowledge it or not. i have done my part by mentioning the 4-5 month long enduring problem. |

I will quote the article and add some more info: Quote:
Your current situation: You want to download from rapidgator.net over multihoster debrid-link.fr. Now you've added a rule for debrid-link.fr which tells JD to only use debrid-link.fr premium accounts for debrid-link.fr links. This rule will do nothing as there are no "debrid-link.fr" downloadlinks available. What you need to do to set it up properly instead: - Delete that rule for debrid-link.fr - Add a separate rule for every host you want to download from e.g. rapidgator.net, disable the free download there as shown in the screenshot in said article Quote:
Quote:
- The error you see comes straight from the debrid-link.fr API that we are using - If anyone is at fault here / if there were differences between ther debrid-link.fr website- and API, debrid-link was to blame I suggest contacting the debrid-link.fr support and sending them a link to this thread. They're also free to contact us via support@jdownloader.org. Quote:
To sum it up: Looks like a possible serverside/API issue of debrid-link.fr which they should investigate. Additionally I've just sent them an e-mail with a summary and a link to this thread.

I can't verify that as I don't have a debrid-link.fr premium account anymore so that's up to you.

Debrid-link has upgraded my test account to premium and I was unable to reproduce the reported issues in my tests.

Hi,
today i feed JD with 10+ downloads all from rapidgator host, after the 7th download, it gave two consecutive "too many simulatenous downloads from this host via debridlink" errors and the third error was "Account required" so it was like the debridlink.fr has temporarily banned my connections. The interesting thing was; my max simultaneous download per host setting was set to "2" and the errors started popping up at the 7th file. i think, due to files smaller then 1gb, despite the max 2 limit, JD was starting new downloads and debridlink was not properly gauging the amount of simultaneous downloads count due to the rapid change of download finishs/starts... AFter closing JD (as the downloads would not start after those free account errors) i set the limit to "1" and was able finish the download list. |

Sure if that works for you it's just fine.
All I was trying to say is that this is a simple serverside errormessage which may happen at any point of time independent from your JD settings as there is a lot of factors that play into this e.g. you could theoretically run two JD instances or run downloads in your browser and JD at the same time or share the debrid-link account with a friend and so on
