Default Help Jdownloader slows down all my system

:outch: I downloaded it "JD" a few weeks ago and everything worked ok but yesterday it went crazy it became slow in terms of responsiveness and it slows down all the other applications responsiveness when i'm runnig them at the same time as jdownloader.
I have tried to reinstalled it, even downloaded new installer still the same, also i've checked my system for viruses and system file integrity, to no avail:outch:
Help wtf is happening, it's driving me nuts.
btw. i also tried to install older version of JD with no luck as previously so i'm lost:outch:

Cool

Please, provide a detailed log.

Here are instructions for logging :-

1) Set logging level to ALL in Settings -> Basics -> General -> Logging.
2) Perform the actions that lead to the problem.
3) You'll find the log tab in ? -> Show log.
4) Click Upload log and post the URL here.

sounds like firewall/antivirus/hardware/driber issue
(these are the only possible reasons for this because there has been no update )
what system? specs? firewall? antivirus? ram?

I noticed what responsiveness improves when i minimize it i mean running in not full screen.
My specs are:
Windows7 64 bit
RAM 4gb
antivirus "superantispyware"
GPU Ati radeon 3650
default browser: Chrome

a sign for firewall/antivirus issue

please add java.exe and javaw.exe to the exclude list of your firewall/antivirus and disable the http/webscanner.
