Problem: since today, I can't "start the downloads"

Hello everyone, please can you help me ?
I don't know whats wrong, since today, when I press the red arrow to start the downloads, it works for 5 sec (and the red corsse stop the downloads appears) then it comes back the way it was so no downloads can start...
Is there a plugin I messed up with you think or anything ??
