[User feedback required] Downloading from Uploaded using Alldebrid

Hello. I just downloaded JDownloader2. First of all, thank you. I really like it.
I use alldebrid account to download mostly uploaded links, but sometimes, a captcha appears and alldebrid account doesn't work. I know that alldebrid has a limit for simultaneous downloads, but even downloading one file it doesn't work (sometimes). Sometimes it works perfectly.
What can be the problem?

Check if it works via browser while it fails via JD.
