[Solved] Share-online Problems

Hi people

I would like to know if share-online have in this moments some problems issues because since several days ago i have been experiencing problems with the speed downloads via jdonloader or browser (Chrome, firefox).

The speed is very erratic (some times more than 1MB/s some times less). I have a regular speed of 2MB/s.

But usually in the last days the speed with this host is very slow (no more than 500kb)

I must insist: via browser the problems are the same

My firewall is down when Im using share-online

I have a premium account

Any idea about this matter?

Check your account status. Does it say Premium or Penalty?
Penalty happens when you're over your daily/weekly download quota (daily 100gb) and results in lower download speed.

This can also be caused by ISP/routing issues. Did you test at different times?
Also does this happen with other downloads as well?
