Hi,

ich bin verzweifelt und brauch Hilfe :( habe die neueste JD version und Java Version 6 Update 29 und alles auf Standart Einstellungen + 2 Premium Acc´s.
Wenn ich nun was herunterlade schmiert mir der Jdownloader bei ca 50% des Downloads einer beliebigen Datei ab ohne Fehlermeldung nix null nada weg ist das ding.

Was ich schon versucht habe.

JD deinstalliert und auch den ganzen ordner davon gelöscht der übrig bleibt und neu installiert.

Java alles runter gehauen und nur die aktuelle Version drauf gehauen.

Neustart bei allem (wirkt ja manchmal wunder..)

Anderer Hoster, andere Downloads... hat auch nicht geholfen.

Nix hat geholfen.

Hab Windows 7 32-Bit.

edit* vielleicht noch bisschen was genaueres wann der Fehler kommt. Ich kann JD ohne Probleme konfigurieren mit allem was ich will und laufen lassen erst wenn ich die Downloads Starte erkennt er meinen Premium Acc an und beginnt wie es sein soll mit 2 Downloads gleichzeitig, wenn beide bei ca 50% ankommen beendet er sich einfach. Beim neustart steht die Datei die davor auf 50% war bei 0% und alles ist resettet.

hab derzeit kein Antivir zeugs drauf, hab auch die Windows FW ausgemacht gehabt zum testen, ohne Erfolg :(

hab das Java Version 7.01 nun probiert... schmiert immernoch an der selben stelle ab jedoch ist diesmal ne Fehlermeldung da das Java abgeschmiert ist... also liegt es wohl an Java.. nun ist die Frage wie ich das behebe... neu installieren nachdem sauber machen mit JavaRa hat auch nicht geholfen.. und nun ?:(

ich kann das Problem weiter eingränzen.. bei Parts die über 200 MB groß sind, schmiert er ab.... wenn sie darunter sind läuft er wunderbar durch... muss man das verstehn ?

checke mal deine hardware, RAm, HDD evtl. auch den router.
ach ja, es wäre sehr von vorteil wenn du einen log posten würdest.

du hättest das ganze in eine textdatei packen können und hier als anhang posten.;)
ist aber jetzt nicht wichtig!

ich kann nur spekulieren, kann eigentlich keine logs lesen...
wie gesagt überprüfe deine hardware, vor allem RAM und festplatte auf fehler.
vielleicht ist es dein graka treiber, wo das verursacht, hab mal was davon gelesen, das dass manche programme beinträchtigen kann.
vor allem scheint mir das hier verdächtig zu sein.

es ist möglich das dieser msvcrt bug zugeschlagen hat, falls es der sein sollte, bleibt dir nur eine neu install übrig...
wie gesagt bin nur laie auf dem gebiet, warte bis sich einer der experten meldet.
in der zeit kannst du deine hardware überprüfen.

Ich hab auch seit ein paar Tagen das selbe Problem.
Ich dachte zunächst es würde an MalWareBytes liegen, hab das Prog jedoch deinstalliert und das Problem besteht weiterhin -_-

habe seit dem letzten update vor einigen tagen das gleiche problem
ist vorher prima gelaufen.
habe schon jd und java neu installiert.
hilft alles nichts
das netz ist voll mit diesem problem
aber nirgends eine lösung nur blödsinn!!

hallo an alle
nachdem ich hier keine antwort bekam, habe ich mal selbst
gesucht und ich glaube den fehler gefunden zu haben.
wenn man sich mal die error logs ansieht, und die sind in
den entscheidenden punkten alle gleich für dieses problem,
fällt folgendes auf:

1. das zuletzt benutzte microsoft modul ist
msvcrt.dll (modul für speicheroperationen)
in hs_err steht:

2. die speicheradressierung ist ungültig:

das interpretiere ich so:
JD versucht einen ungültigen Speicherbereich zu lesen
oder zu schreiben, java erkennt das problem und antwortet
mit geordnetem rückzug und erzeugen einer hs_err...
einer error log datei, anders als windows
das stürzt dann meist ab.

daraufhin habe ich mal den speicherbereich beobachtet:
bei laufenden JD habe ich den task manager geöffnet
und das verhalten von javaw.exe beobachtet, besonders
die spalte "speicherauslastung"

nach start von JD benötigt das programm ca. 86.000k
der bereich bleibt konstant. nach start eines oder mehrerer
downloads wächst dieser belegte speicherbereich aber ständig
an bis auf eine grösse von mehr als 550.000k und dann wird
JD automatisch beendet. meist geschieht das bei einer
operation mit JD zum beispiel fenster öffnen oder so.

der speicherbereich ändert sich nur wenn man mit dem JD
arbeitet, d.h. fenster minimieren / maximieren oder downloads
deaktivieren / aktivieren .... das deckt sich auch mit der
aussage des users.. "ich habe das gefühl, daß JD nur
abschaltet wenn es unbeobachtet vor sich hin läuft....

ich vermute, das die routine zur speicherbearbeitung beim
datentransfer nicht mehr angesprochen wird. das kann auch ein
problem aus der kombination von java bzw. den java versionen und
JD bzw. verschiedenen JD versionen sein.
hier sind jetzt die fachleute gefragt.

bei mir ist der Fehler erst aufgetreten, nachdem ich die letzte

muß man jetzt nochmal bis zur gehebung des fehlers downgraden.
hier müssen die fachleute / entwickler von JD etwas sagen.
ich hoffe, das sich jetzt mal ein entwickler meldet und etwas dazu
sagt.

rein und sehe nach was sache ist.

das hat nichts mit der java version zu tun!
der fehler trat schon bei früheren versionen auf.
es ist auch kein fehler in java an sich, sondern ein spezifisches windows problem.
irgendein update entwerder von windows oder ein update von einer installierten software verursacht den fehler.
wenn man nach dieser dll googelt so sind nicht nur java programme betroffen.
die original msvcrt.dll wird allen anschein, durch eine neue ersetzt.
bei einigen usern, war es ein virus oder trojaner.
was ich für eher wahrscheinlich halte.
vielleicht sollte man ja auch mal in die richtung schauen...
die dll neu zu installieren (von original datenträger z.b.) hilft auch nicht, da die datei nach einer gewissen zeit wieder ersetzt wird.
die einzigste lösung ist, das OS neu zu installieren.

Ich kann bestätigen, dass der PC viel langsamer läuft, nachdem das Jdownloader-Problem auftritt.
Würde es sehr ärgerlich finden, wenn ich jetzt den Rechner neu aufsetzen muss. Ich hatte das zwar eh schon vor, aber erst nachdem ich meine übrigen DLs im JD beendet hab -_-

das selbsttätige abschalten von JD ist kein problem
von JD oder java oder der kombination
von beiden oder deren verschiedenen versionen.
das problem kommt eindeutig von einem schadprogramm
virus, trojaner oder solchen dreck.
ob aber das modul msvcrt.dll direkt daran beteiligt
ist kann ich nicht sagen.

ich habe mein system von einem ca 6 Monate altem
backup neu zurückgeladen und habe dabei den gleichen
fehler wieder gehabt. erst nachdem ich die platte vor
dem zurückladen neu formatiert habe, war der fehler weg.

die mir bekannten virenschutzprogramme finden diese
schadware nicht, da eine beseitigung auf einfachem weg
nicht möglich ist, da finden die virenwarner einfach
mal garnichts !!! das schadprogramm hängt sich an
eine bestehende internetverbindung und macht seinen
scheiß. bei mir wurde auch firefox langsamer und der
speicher unter java wurde immer größer bis JD
abgeschaltet wurde.

ich habe schon vor etlicher zeit auf diesen mist
reagiert. ich arbeite mit 3 platten. nr 1 ist das
normale betriebssystem mit allen anwendungen und
programmen. nr 2 ist ein notsystem nur mit den
notwendigsten teilen von windows und startfähig.
hier ist auch eine recovery software installiert.
hier wird auch das backup von nr 1 abgelegt.
im normalbetrieb ist diese platte abgeschaltet.
abgezogene stecker für strom und daten.
eine dritte platte dient nur als datenspeicher
und ist immer aktiv.
bei virenbefall von nr 1 stecke ich die stecker
auf nr 2 und boote davon. die befallene platte kann dann
wiederhergestellt werden. von zeit zu zeit mache
ich ein weiteres backup von nr 1 und speichere
die datei auf nr. 2. so kann man bei befall schnell
das system neu herrichten.

gut wäre ein tool, welches anzeigt welches programm
zur zeit java mitbenutzt, vielleicht kann man dann
herausfinden welches programm da schaden anrichtet.

das problem an der ganzen virenschutz software ist, es kann keine geschützten systemdateien scannen. da die dateien im laufenden betrieb benötigt werden.
am besten ist es, wenn man sein system mit einer live cd scannt. so dass auch die geschützten systemdateien gescannt werden können.
mit dieser methode kann man auch rootkits aufspüren.

Hallo,

starte download. jdownloader bricht ab. rotes schild mit weisen balken. download unvollständig. wird aber nicht neu gestartet.

Habe das prob gesucht, konnte ich nicht finden.

jdownloader beendet und startet neue datei, lädt aber nicht mehr die abgebrochenen. Bitte um Hilfe.

Bitte sichergehen, dass die Firewall den JD auf keinen Fall stört.
Abgebrochene Downloads, die mit einem Fehler markeirt sind entweder aktivieren (rechtsklick->Aktivieren) und dann Fortsetzen (Rechtsklick...) oder (aber dann werden bereits geladene Daten gelöscht) Rechtsklick->Zurücksetzen!

besteht das problem auch wenn du max connections auf 1 stellst und die downloads mit rechtsklick reset machst

habe ich noch nicht probiert, aber es bleibt anzumerken, dass es erstmals auftrat, seit ich ein prem acount bei share-online bz habe. Als free-user kannte ich das prob nicht. Da lief der download durch.

danke fürs feedback, ich werd mal nachfragen ob probleme bekannt sind

Hab auch das gleiche Problem das sich der Jdownloader in unregelmäßigen Abständen schließt ohne Fehlermeldung.Habe auch diese hs-errors.Hab deshalb mal meinen Grafikkartentreiber aktualisiert was auch kurz zeitigen Erfolg brachte.Leider hab ich jetzt wieder das gleiche Problem,anscheinend lags gar nicht am Treiber.Habe jetzt wie oben beschrieben max.downloads auf 1 gestellt.Mal schaun obs jetzt läuft.
