What host do you download from? How many connections do you use? What firewall/av?
Are you free/premium user?

Transparent Proxy/Firewall is causing this issue
Often connections timeout or firewall/proxy show error
for example
Server: Microsoft-IIS/7.5
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Either fix the proxy/firewall settings or find a way to bypass it. This is no JDownloader issue
