Question [EventScripter] Insufficient Space - Timeout/Retry Links (auto-retry wanted)

Hi,

occasionally downloads fill the local storage faster than finished files can be moved to free up space for new downloads. In such cases links are marked as "insufficient space" and skipped. However, I'd like Jdownloader to retry downloading those files after a certain timeout. There doesn't seem to be any corresponding setting/option. Any ideas how this can be achieved? Thanks!

Move the files from your JD download drive and then delete and trash those files that were moved from your JD DL drive!

Sorry but if the drive is full and JD is giving you that error well nothing else to really do.

Now it would be good maybe if via a script or something similar you could have it check the drive and maybe give you a pop up or something to give one a choice of what files to move and delete and to where maybe but that would be an event script of course and some playing with ... of course you would not want it to select unfinished downloads.

I'm not sure if folder watch might also help or not with the event scripting or not and I also thought there was a setting for timeout/retries maybe somewhere else in the advanced settings but I forget atm.

After the drive is cleared of moved and deleted files then one can select to restart those unfinished downloads.

As I wrote, that's exactly what is constantly being done in the background. What I'm looking for is a way to automatically retry after a certain time. By then the space will be available, but I may not be around to restart downloads manually. It's all about automation.

Create a custom EventScripter script for this.
