There is a build block for plugins it seems, I have updated my standalone version and has the same issue. So confirmed! It must be tied to Jiaz last commit as he removed the build block in SecondLevelLaunch.java

we have updated pending for JD2 but can not be sent to users, due to a block within our build machine. It most likely be Monday before we can resolve this.

Is the developer version, you can use the features/changes before they were released in the beta version. If you don't want/can use the SVN version, be patient and wait for the plugin update for JD2 beta.
