The file downloads fine here and I'm a free loader. I've the same plug-in version.

I recommend to :-

1) Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

2) Reduce the Max.Con. setting (bottom right corner of jD window) to 1. Reset the affected links.

Another try...

I've
- disabled all downloads but the unibytes' one
- set both "Max Con" and "Max Dls" to 1
- turned the firewall off completely (no antivirus or other traffic interceptors installed)
- set log level to ALL
- restarted jD
- clicked "Start downloads"
- wait for error to raise
- disabled that link and enabled another one (also unibytes, just for two different links in log)
- clicked "Start downloads" again
- uploaded log - http://jdownloader.org/pastebin/62362

In the Log tab I do see the POST request from jD and a 302 response (and did with the previous log). I post this part under the spoiler tags for a case it's not shown somehow in the uploaded log...

If you've a firewall in your router please un-install the firewall on your computer and reboot your computer, otherwise install another one and remove the old one.

A disabled firewall can still block jD.

Really? Do you think guys at Agnitum don't like guys from UniBytes that much so their firewall block jD's download attempts even if not running? Concerning that depositfiles, letitbit, filesonic, ifolder, onlinedisk, turbobit plugins work fine...

And if blocked by firewall how would jD see a 302 response from the server?

If you don't want to remove that firewall, please use it, but don't complain jD's unibytes.com plugin is blocked.

I don't complain the plugin is blocked, I complain it's not downloading

I've tried it on another computer (without firewall), but it's just the same...

I use free account and never seen any captcha on this site. And it was working in jD before. I don't use Unibytes much, so can't tell when it became failing...

I attach the screenshots where I've downloaded **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** with Opera. The Unibytes' site interface is in Russian, sorry, I didn't manage to switch it to English, even though I clicked the GB flag it did nothing.

As usual, I've greencircled the links I was clicking. The first one reads "Free" and the second is "No, thanks" (it offers to send SMS to get a test period for 24 hours).

P.S. I can do tcpdump/WireShark trace if that makes any sense.

Interesting case. I expected Jiaz to find anything suspicious. We can exclude your ISP connection and router if you can download with your browser.

I've just tried your second link and it works fine as well. To exclude any temporary server problems do you still have the same problems in jD?

Are you using a proxy server in your browser?

Are you running an Ad Blocker or a BitTorrent Client on your PCs? These have been shown to be interfering with jD's traffic as well.

What's common on both PCs, I mean what software is running on both PCs? What's their java version?

Do you get a captcha challenge in jD when you try to download one of those links?

remi,

I don't use proxy in browsers and jD. No adblockers or similar software that somehow interact with traffic flow. No torrents, ED2K or similar peer2peer software. The second PC I've tried had a fresh installed WinXP Professional and Java 1.6.0_20, nothing more. My computer also running WinXP Pro and the same Java version.

I have never seen a captcha from unibytes when I was able to download with jD, so I am surprised you both mention it. Do you see one when downloading?

Can you make some screenshots from the browser the same way I did? Do you use proxy? Maybe we see different pages because of geolocation?

P.S. btw, jD correctly shows if the file is online and if I'm already downloading with the browser ("too many simultan downloads").

I think we're closing in on the cause. You don't see a captcha challenge but I see one popping up in jD.

Before jD says the plug-in is out of date, don't you see anything else in the Status column like a minuscule captcha?

What are your Settings -> Modules -> AntiCaptcha settings?

Do you use (or did you install) any anti-captcha method besides those of jD?

The final solution might be the execution of update.jar or a fresh install of jD, because your jD might be corrupted.

The SMS offer is for Russians only, I get 'Continue' screen. Maybe the SMS screen is new.

remi,

I don't see a mini captcha for unibytes, but I do for depositfiles and filesonic. And I use no stand-alone anticaptcha software.

AntiCaptcha settings in jD:
- Disable Automatic CAPTCHA: unchecked
- countdown for CAPTCHA window: 20
- Display threshhold: 95

I've tried fresh install before with a new PC. I did try executing jdupdate.exe and also "java -jar jdupdate.jar", but no luck.

tony2long, so you do see a captcha?

I've found some proxy in China and set it both in jD and Opera (no, don't ask why I didn't think about that before...). It's darn slow, but I see the difference now - there's no wait timer and no captcha when I use my IP.

P.S. I wonder if remi would suggest me to move out of Russia now

It depends. If you prefer China.

I think a programmer is needed to solve your issue. Try to find some proxy servers in your country because they might need some to check and test this.
