Problem with my real-debrid account
Hello,
I have windows 7 ultimate -32 bit My real-debrid is valid until end of August. I have JDownloader 2 - Java :Oracle 1.7.0_13 I have a problem with my real debrid account. JDownloader2 always deactivates my account without any reasons. I have to check my account in account manager constantly. It work for a period of time as premium , but suddenly I find the check box is unmarked and my account is inactive and I have to mark the check box to activate it again. It happens many times every day. Previously, it had never happened with JDownloder Nightly. Please, help me as soon as possible, I can benefit with jdownloader

up2box link I downloaded with two chunks and resumed without any dramas. To me this seems like temp issue of real-debrid.
restfile errors caused by resetfile login issues seemed to be why the account disables ----------------Response Information------------ Connection-Time: 1765ms ----------------Response------------------------ unknown HTTP response ------------------------------------------------ No htmlCode read --ID:378TS:1375456608020-8/2/13 5:16:48 PM - [jd.controlling.AccountController(updateAccountInfo)] -> Account eng.islam.samy->real-debrid.com is invalid! Either your connection is unreliable or something is blocking JDownloader/Java.

I made the windows firewall allow java & jdownloader to acces nternet, but nothing changes.
I have another 4shared account which is never inactive and I download with max. speed of my line, so jdownloader can't be blocking Are there any settings in windows, firewall, anti-virus or: router which can help to solve this problem?
