If you cant do that, simply ignore the JD startup error.

Sometimes when force shutdown.

Code:
File system check CHKDSK
Doubled and basic MFT different.
Correcting errors in the copy of the master file table (MFT).
Windows has made corrections to the file system.

This is a sign that you have a buggy OS / drivers.
A shutdown should NEVER cause any issues to your filesystem. NEVER!

Are unique situations, especially when very large MFT (but this error occurs every several months)

very large MFT -> a lot of little files -> MFT very fragmented

Large MFT, often can be damaged, but the system creates a backup of the MFT, small files more defragments a file structure ...
You do not save a partition, sometimes incorrect BITMAP but despite the fact that NTFS is resistant to damage, sometimes it can happen NTFS - is already a very old system files, but soon will be another NEW file system - more resistant and does not require CHKDSK

Blacklist application that causes damage to the index $I30 and a high probability of data loss.

Defraggler DANGEROUS TOOL

I did the test:

0. I made a backup of data.
1. Disk good. No errors !!! CHKDSK /V /F
2. I analyzed the tool all drives.
3. Defraggler uses 14 GB of RAM or more (Peak 20 GB)
Application crashes,
memory leak
Heap Corruption
RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 Defraggler64.exe
Windows 7: RADAR - Windows Automatic Memory Leak Detection

4. Killing the process. Defraggler64.exe
5. Re-check the CHKDSK /V /F
6. Damage data.
7. Data Restore - from a backup.

DANGEROUS TOOL
DiskInternals Reader

Jiaz - New System File REFS (Windows). Does not provide support for data deduplication, snapshot-type copy-on-write? Whether the data is more secure in the event of obsolete NTFS, which was initially released in 1993 and has many imperfections.
