hotlink.cc (premium) offline?
I tried to download a link from hotlink.cc yesterday, and it keeps starting and stopping until it says wait for 24 hrs. Does anyone have the same problem? If so, any idea how this happened?

Please post your log-ID here | bitte poste deine Log-ID hier.
-psp- EDIT I've tested some random URLs and while their website is very slow, I was able to successfully add them to JD and start downloading (free-user, without account)...

Hi again,
all I can see in your log are a bunch of 503 errors. Lower your chunks and max downloads and try again. If these errors make JD switch to free download mode instead of downloading via your account, read this article and add an account usage rule for hotlink.cc in order to prevent this from happening. -psp-

It's still working fine here (free user).
Your log shows that you were still trying to use more than 1 chunk. Please test it with less chunks and/or send your hotlink.cc login credentials (and test-links!) for testing to us via: support@jdownloader.org. -psp-

It probably happened because the combination of two factors:
1. hotlink.cc has reduced the max connection limit per IP. 2. We have a bad handling for disconnecting chunks. The only "solution" would be for us to hardcode another limit into our hotlink.cc plugin. I'd rather have a premium account for testing before I do this. If you want you can provide your account via support@jdownloader.org. If you only get good speed with a lot of connections you should consider either trying multiple simultaneous downloads with less chunks for each and/or also contact the hotlink.cc support and ask them to revert their changes/allow more connections or improve their speeds. -psp-

I'm ok with your solution above, and I'll try to contact hotlink.cc support to allow more connections.

Hotlink got back to me, but they said I can only download 1 file a day and they didn't mention anything about Jdownloader.

I still have that problem over 1 chunk, and is there any way I can solve this so I can download over 1 chunk again?

@red84140: most likely they do limit number of connections per IP. can you create a log with 1 download and 2 chunks?

P.S. I used to download files at decent speeds with more than 1 chunk before I had to limit to 1 chunk. |

@red84140
Log shows the same issues you had before. Possible solutions haven't changed: - Use less/1 max. chunks and/or: - contact the support of this host and ask them to allow more connections per file from one IP -psp-
