Default 1fichier - Access account recognized as free

Hello, as title says my 1 fichier "access" account is recognized as:

Account OK: free account(credits available)

It doesn't allow me to do concurrent downloads but only one at time, works well using the browser.

Also, sometimes I found the message INVALID USERNAME/PASSWORD: in this case I have to delete the account and reset again.

Could you help? thanks

Please send username/password to support@jdownloader.org
then we can check/fix the plugin.

Didn't know that free accounts with credits can do parallel downloads
For the invalid username/password, we need a debug log. Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader
Rightclick refresh the account and then create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and post the shown logID here or send to support@jdownloader.org

wait for next update, then rightclick refresh the account and try again. More parallel downloads should be possible then

Free accounts can't do parallel downloads, but Access accounts can: the problem is that my account is recognized as free even if it's a access account. Also, I just opened JD and now the account is marked as Free Account with 10gb of credits available and hotlink disabled, what's wrong?

I'll try to reproduce the invalid username error and send the log. Hope you fix it with next update, thanks a lot.

Please send me username/password to support@jdownloader.org. I only have access to a free/premium account and need a access account to add proper support for it.
Thanks for the feedback and explanation!

Update your JDownloader and try again. I added support blindly (by guessing) and with your account I could validate that my fix indeed was okay
