Red face VPN Lifeguard - How to implement

HI,
This is somewhat a stupid question because once (long time ago) I managed this to work but I have *utterly* forgotten how to set it up . Sorry in advance.

In any case, I have a number of proxies (paid) I routinely use. I set up the proxies (manually) in Windows 7 (yes, I am still using W7) and then use the app VPN Lifeguard (VPNL) to do the handling. The app connects to the selected proxy, watches over selected apps, kills the apps if the proxy disconnects and re-connects automatically. It is basically a glorified GUI front-end for W7 proxy handling.

As far as I can remember, the last time I "stumbled upon" a functionality in JD2 which was ideal for my use. I just run a JD2 macro recorder to record the steps I take to manually disconnect, wait and re-connect to the selected proxy via VPNL. As this is a simple GUI, this is a no brainer. No scripts required. It worked beautifully!!!

The advantage of doing this is that my internet connection remains viable all the time (the proxy operates per-machine - I have several) and as the proxy provider has several IPs per proxy, they rotate automatically at the server level for every connect/disconnect cycle. In other words, I don't have to rotate proxies manually to change IPs.

So far so go. Now for the hard part. How do I do this? I can't find the instructions... help please...
