Default JD2 permissions issue

How do I troubleshoot so that JD2 permissions
Code:
Properties -> Set Downlaod Directory -> Download
are correct for my Windows 10 Pro account!
This problem occurs on any PC running Windows 10.
I don't want to correct the permissions of the folders I save files to with the "Take Ownership" script every time.
I have tested this on multiple PCs, so this problem is generally JD2 related.
Maybe JD2 has some advanced options that I know nothing about?

Please note that I run the programme from "JDownloader.JAR" and not from the .EXE executable file.
My System works perfectly, the IT helper told me to contact the developer of the JD2 software to solve the problem with this application individually, when this tool is used to save files previously created folders by this application.
