Default Improve LinkGrabber links recognition

Please fix LinkGrabber to correctly recognize links from HTML anchors.

For example, if the following is pasted, LinkGrabber creates 6 links, 3 intended links from href attribute and 3 broken links with "...", cause technically they still match URI pattern.

HTML Code:
<a href="**External links are only visible to Support Staff**>**External links are only visible to Support Staff**color:#008000"></a>
<a href="**External links are only visible to Support Staff**>**External links are only visible to Support Staff**color:#008000"></a>
<a href="**External links are only visible to Support Staff**>**External links are only visible to Support Staff**color:#008000"></a>
Why would I ever give it HTML code? When the links list is long and they all are shortened in the forum post, it's faster to view the page source and copy the HTML instead of dropping links to JD one by one.

It would be great if LinkGrabber could recognize HTML anchor tag and only take links from the href attribute.

I think the Linkgrabber just searches for http URIs and identifies those that are off-line.

If "JD should grab embedded links" is released, then you'll no longer have to copy HTML code.

Thanks for the link. I hope by "if" you meant "when"
