There have been no changes to Rapidgator plugin since 6.09.2018 so it's not connected to update. Did you validate logins via browser?
In case you still have the issues, please send username/password to support@jdownloader.org and we can check the plugin. Also check time/date on your computer

How much data had you downloaded?
They auto reset the password if you download a certain amount in one day 'in case you're account has been compromised'. This works fine until their password reset system fails, which it has at the moment. If you try the forgotten password function on the site you'll find you won't get the email, even though it says it's been sent. I've raised a support ticket with them, but they haven't picked it up yet. If you also want to raise a ticket through them you can do it through their support site, just stick support. in front of rapidgator in the normal rapidgator URL. You need to register first as it doesn't use your RG account login, which given the problem is just as well. Last edited by Malpholio; 27.09.2018 at 08:54. Reason: Added support site info |

I've just had several reset emails come through all time stamped around 8.30 this morning, including the original excessive bandwidth usage one that I should have received yesterday evening.

Malpholio ... I have not downloaded any Rapidgator links since the 2nd of this month. Downloading to much in a short period of time can't be the problem and I have not received any excessive bandwidth usage Emails from them.

That's odd, but it's working fine for me in Jdownloader, so it does suggest there is a problem with the account.
Have you tried logging in through your web browser? If that doesn't work then it's just a matter of using the forgotten password link to get a new one. If it does work I've no idea what's going on. Last edited by Malpholio; 28.09.2018 at 08:33. Reason: Clarity |

Gentlemen ... Thank You both (Jiaz & Malpholio) for your help with my Rapidgator problem.
It seems that the mean old internet gremlins have been scared off by all your helpfulness for today it seems all is well with my Rapidgator Premium account. It's showing up correctly in my JDownloader ... as Premium with the correct expiration date. So again Thank You for your kindly assistance and helpful information in this matter. MsPM (Pam) |
