Icerbox
I have two 50gb icerbox accounts, and whilst I can download from the browser, I cannot download via JDownloader. I am displayed the message "Not enough traffic available" in the status.
What's wrong? |

Note: JD will prevent you from starting a download which is larger than the traffic left amount
note: some hosters deduct traffic based on how many chunks you make. so 1gb file * 20 chunks = 20gb of traffic, at least until there post download checks take place and they will credit you back with 19gb. Solution for this is do not use multiple chunks, or just less chunks. in respects to traffic left figures, they are gathered from the hoster website or api. If the values are wrong/incorrect please send a support email off to them. raztoki

How much traffic left is shown in JDownloader? Check Settings-Accounts
And compare this number to browser. In doubt simply send us some example links and username/password to support@jdownloader.org
