[Solved] Weird Problem with Upstore

So I went to try to download a file from upstore.net, and it says the file is only available for premium users. I checked the status for premium and it doesn't seem to meet the requirements for it, what I mean is it looks like it should be free. Anyway, do I need a premium account for upstore now? Is this their fault, or is it a plugin that needs updating?

The thing is I don't get an error or anything, there's no log, it just sits at 0 B/s and says "Only downloadable for premium users." I checked the site and it meets all the requirements for being free yet it won't let me download it :(

That message is correct, browser also shows that after we click "Slow download".
Usually smaller files are available for free.

They should change what it says under slow download, under 1gb to under 500mb would be more accurate. Thanks for your help.
