Default Rapidgator Premium and Captcha issue

Hi folks,

I have been using the JDownloader2 Beta for the past one week for my rapidgator premium account and it had worked great. But after today latest Jdownloader2 update, I am unable to use it anymore.

This is my previous setup:
- Setup in the Account Manager for my rapidgator premium (before setting up the plugin)
- Enable the Plugins for Rapidgator and Disable the API for premium download. If I enable this I will have server connection error
- But even after I enable the plugin, JDownloader never ask any Captcha for my premium account on the next login

Any other settings apart from the above does not work for me, because I need to connect via proxy connection due to my local ISP.

But after today latest update, the Captcha check keep prompting for my premium account. And does not matter what Captcha I keyed in (which pretty sure I have type in the right answer), it keep failing in checking the account. So I am in dilemma because when I disable the API, I will have connection server error for my download(maybe because I need to connect behind proxy??)

So I am completely unable to use JDownloader2 anymore as I cannot find any working combination of settings anymore.

Following is my latest log, where the last entry should show where I disable the API so I can have my premium account created but failed the download because of the Server error 500
11.08.15 21.45.22to11.08.15 21.57.25 jdlog://2294862095341/

Any idea on my current predicament ?? Thank you in advance for any assistance, thank you very much.

Does it work in Browser? To me it looks like the proxy is causing the issue

Hi,

Yes, via browser is still work as per normal.

And understand the proxy challenge, hence previously I check the "disable API" and I am able to download with no problem.

But after today, if I check that, then of course my Account Manager will make my premium account invalid because somehow the Captcha that I key in is always wrong.

Hi,

Yes, the browser in using the exact same proxy.

I just tried to logout and login again. Still able to download via the browser with no problem.

Then I tried again with JDownloader2 and still encounter the same exact issue :(

Hello again,

It seems that after a new updates of Jdownloader, my old problem resurface again. Have tried to refresh the plugin but still does not work when Proxy is enabled.

Without proxy, my download speed is reduced significantly. Any idea what to do ?

I can see many network issues
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
Downloadspeed is not influenced/limited by JDownloader. I would suggest to use less connections! especially when you already have network issues

Hi Jiaz,

I have disabled and uninstall my firewall (Little Snitch). Nothing else is running apart from the JDownloader. The download speed is still very slow, but direct web download from Rapidgator can easily hit 1Mbps.

Any idea how to make the proxy settings work again with JDownloader ?
