recaptcha 2 == google

you shouldn't get complete fuzzed out pictures
you can click the reload/refresh button in the recaptchav2 interface to get something different.

the hardness depends on many factors which really out of your control
they fingerprint your browser
they change hardness depending on the apikey loads
etc
