Was working this morning (USA), now this evening when I come back to my PC, all links now give "plugin outdated" after solving ReCaptcha (JD browser plugin).

You can try to solve the recaptcha in incognito/private mode of your browser. Don't forget to allow the extension in that mode.
In case you've got an android smartphone, then you can also try to use the MyJDownloader app to solve the recaptcha

the other thread I had about uploaded is the one that loops.

edit: private mode worked for me for now with filejoker (annoying) but uploaded is still giving me flak

also in regards to my NOSCRIPT recaptcha, why aren't we using that?

That one just got added recently by google and we're working on updated browser extension to include this mode as well. We will also include this mode in our MyJDownloader android app.

Yes, same issue. In the past a solved RecaptchaV2 was never wrong and that's why many plugins will fail because there is no handling for a solved RecaptchaV2 to fail which results in plugin error. Only those plugins that already got updated to handle this case can detect this and request another captcha -> loop
